Straight from Paris comes one of our favorite boys with style: SLIIMY!

Glasses: at the moment i would love to change well i’m still having my Rayban but i’m bored so i’m just waiting for another crush

shoulder pad or epaulette : the french brand is called Andrea Crews, the concept is really interesting. They took some vintage clothes and they did a mix of material.
It’s like a second life, the mix always give something original. Those shoulder pad are made of old pair of earrings.

Bracelets: little memories from Berlin, Tokyo, New York, Paris and from my fans they gave me some they are fantastic.
My tattoo: I love Polaroid pictures there’s no lie and it’s true beauty. Let’s save the Polaroid everybody

My bag: Full of shit, it’s my second home i can’t live without that and the brand is Andrea Crews again!

Pants: These remind me the inside of my album “Paint Your Face.” The graphism is similar but you have to buy in order to see hey hey!

Shoes: it’s a funny story i was “dans mon petit café” in Paris and suddenly a Monsieur told me “i love your music and you know i’ve got a shop just here come and have a look, i would love to give you shoes.” I was like a kid, this brand and this Monsieur is called Philippe Zorzetto, all those shoes are unique and he creates with love that’s the most important…I’m certainly going to work with him soon, a great new experience in order to link music and fashion.

Old Navy tank top. American Apparel lace bodysuit and tights. Vintage crinoline and
lace cardigan. Slow and Steady Wins the Race sunglasses. Anonymous Agent necklace.

I wore this to see Where the Wild Things Are. Not the most relevant color combination but I can dig it, yeah? I basically just really wanted to mix cream with neons, then tried to make it all look less blended with the amazing futuristic sunglasses.

Nice little detail of some lace on lace on lace!

*What is your favorite Ben & Jerry’s flavor?

*Do you dance when no one is watching? To what?

Um…don’t…we…all? I don’t know, ABBA, A Chorus Line, more showtunes…it’s difficult now though because my room is so messy I can’t feel my floor.

*If you could taste a cloud, what do you image in would taste like?

I kind of feel like it would taste like nothing. I would lick, and taste nothing, but some of the cloud will still disappear. So I would try again, and again, and eventually all the clouds would be vanished.

THE SLITS NYC PERFORMANCE

Celebrate the return of the Slits! They will be performing only three US shows this year, one of which will be 14 December 2009 at the Highline Ballroom, NYC. The show will support their first EP in 25 years: Trapped Animal, released back in October. The full line-up is amazing, with frontwoman Ari Up and original member Tessa Pollitt, joined by Hollie Cook, Anna Schulte, and Adele Wilson.

Rye Rye Preview

I left the comfort of NYC and headed down to Baltimore for a little Rye Rye action. Girl killed it on set as we brought out the SUNO, Claw $, Cassette Playa, and A Bathing Ape.
